How Does It Work?

PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and E-Business Suite of HCM customers can connect their core human resource system of record with the Fusion Talent Management by synchronizing multiple data elements as profile history, job records, people records, and compensation information.

Co-Existence Architecture of Talent Management application, your core HCM system will continue to be the system of record for core employee details such as name, address, and setup data such as firm structure, job codes, and position. Profile management related data like licenses, competencies, and certificates will be migrated to Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management which will then become the system of record for all profile related data. Fusion Talent Management will also be utilized for performance management, performing goal management, talent review, and compensation management.

Oracle Data Integrator and Batch Loader synchronize the data from core HCM system into Fusion Talent Management. Improved data refreshes are run periodically and according to your plan to ensure data integrity between core HCM system and Fusion Talent Management. After the completion of compensation management activities within Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management, the finalized compensation elements for the individual employee will be synchronized back to your core HCM system.
